A Message from Stacie Johnson. . .

Hey Ladies!! I have some fantastic news!!! I have been given permission to start offering fitness classes at our building!! 1245 South 1175 East CLEARFIELD, UTAH 84015. YAY!! With that being said, I plan to start the classes the week of July 8. I plan to teach Mon-Thurs. mornings at 9-10 a.m. The classes are of course free, and I will be teaching Turbo Kick on Mon. and Wed. with PiYo on Tue. and Thurs. Please let everyone know about these fantastic classes!! It will be a great opportunity to get to know other women in our ward/community, all while reaping the health benefits. Kids are invited to come and play while their moms work super hard. We will block off a portion of the gym for the little ones to play. Kids will not be allowed in any other area of the church unsupervised.
Please be sure to let everyone know about these fun, free classes!! I am super excited to start and get to know others in our ward/community a little better! If anyone has questions, please have them contact me 801-668-3490.

Just some info about the classes,
Turbo Kick is a high energy workout! Cardio Kick Boxing at its finest! You'll be sure to get a great sweat on!
PiYo is a strength training workout inspired by Pilates and Yoga. It incorporates balance, core strength and flexibility. Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats.
